We stayed at the Azov hotel — the impressions are the most positive! The hotel is located in the very center of the city, close to everything you need, and the windows offer a beautiful view of the water — especially beautiful in the morning and evening. It is a very cozy, clean and comfortable hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and attentive staff. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail — from a cozy room to calm music in the elevator, which creates a mood from the very first minutes. I would like to mention the wonderful breakfasts separately — everything is fresh, tasty and varied. And the restaurant itself is just wonderful: beautifully decorated, with a warm and peaceful atmosphere, where it's nice to start the day. Special thanks to the administrator Elena My husband and I personally express our great gratitude to her for her attentiveness, responsiveness and human involvement. Knowing that her husband did not have time for breakfast, Elena prepared a lunch box for him in advance, and when we left the hotel, she specially went outside to hand it over personally. This level of care and kindness is very rare! I would like the hotel management to mention Elena for her professionalism and sincere attitude towards the guests. Thanks to the entire staff of the Azov Hotel for their hospitality, attention to detail and a real homely atmosphere. We left in a great mood and will definitely come back again!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, decent buffet

An apartment room for a family of two adults and two children was perfect. 2 large rooms, 2 balconies. It's very cozy. The hotel staff is friendly. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast at Petrovsky restaurant.

We stayed for one night, the room was clean, the mattress was super, the breakfast buffet.The location of the hotel is ideal, everything is within walking distance, near the museum, pedestrian street and rampart.
