From September 8-16, 2012, participants and organizers of the XII International Festival of Folk Art of the CIS and Baltic countries "Commonwealth" stayed in this hotel. I must say right away: both the participants and the organizers liked everything very much: the location of the hotel itself (very convenient for our festival events), the hotel is cozy, the rooms are clean, the maids are well done, they have not had time to leave, they are already cleaning.Breakfast is included in the room rate, which is very important for the organizers of the festival. The hotel is distinguished by the attentive staff with a sincere attitude and understanding.Special thanks to the head of the marketing and sales department, A.V. Roeva, for "settling" the festival participants, taking into account their wishes, in record time, for finding a way out of the current situations in a timely manner. Many thanks to the administrators at the registration for their competence:everything was done at the highest level. I am very pleased that the hotel management pays attention not only to comfortable accommodation, but also to the possibilities of organizing official events. The Azov Hotel is at a high level, I really liked the cuisine of the restaurant. The city is very beautiful even in the winter season. I advise you all, you won't regret it!
